• P Fingers would go on to appear in 265 games over 4 seasons, posting a 34-40 record with a 3.12 ERA including 108 saves. Selected to the 1978 All-Star game. Finished 14th in the MVP vote in 1978 & 1979. Finished 8th in the Cy Young vote in 1978. Led MLB in saves in 1978 & 1979. Traded to the St. Louis Cardinals in December 1980.
